1. Measure Your Favorite Garment: Find your best-fitting t-shirt or hoodie at home and lay it on a flat surface. Measure the Chest Width (from armpit to armpit) and the Length (from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem).

2. Compare to Our Chart: Match your measurements to the size chart on this page (above the quantity selector or in the long description) and choose the closest size.

We want you to love how your gear feels. Here’s a quick guide to help you translate the chart's numbers into your perfect fit:

• Our T-Shirts: These have a modern, Retail Fit—soft, semi-fitted, and designed for a clean, stylish look. For a classic, comfortable fit, your own chest measurement should be about 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) smaller than the garment's full circumference (which is the "Chest Width" from the chart x 2). For a slimmer fit, choose a size closer to your own measurements. If you prefer a more relaxed, oversized streetwear vibe, sizing up is a great option.

• Our Hoodies & Sweatshirts: These have a cozy, Classic Fit—designed to be comfortable and relaxed with a bit more room. If you are between sizes, we definitely recommend sizing up for the ultimate comfort.

A Quick Note on Manufacturing:

Each garment is custom-made with care, just for you. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, actual garment measurements can have minor variations from the dimensions listed in the size chart. When in doubt, a larger size is always a safer bet!

1. What's the story behind the designs? Can I see the video that inspired the shirt?

Yes! As a complimentary bonus for all our customers, we include a link to the original video that inspired the art, if they are available. This is for everyone who buys one of our products (both QR and non-QR versions).

2. What if the link in the email is broken?

That can happen! Life happens, right? 🤦♂️ Just let us know, and we'll send you a new one.

3. Can we trust the mockups?

We believe every design tells a story, and that story deserves its own unique photoshoot. To bring our concepts to life, we art-direct and create our lifestyle images in our digital studio using cutting-edge AI. While these digital photoshoots beautifully capture the vibe, they are stylized artistic representations.

For a True Representation of Your Garment:

• Studio View: For the most accurate view of a garment's color and fit, we strongly recommend clicking on the color swatches to see our clean studio photos.

• Print Variation: Each garment is custom-printed for you. Due to the nature of this process, the exact size and placement of the final printed design may have minor variations from what is seen in our digital mockups.

• Screen Variation: Please remember that digital colors may vary slightly depending on your screen's unique settings and calibration.

• Fabric Variation: As with all dyed fabrics, there may also be slight variations in garment color between different manufacturing dye lots.

4. Why did I only receive part of my order?

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

5. How long will it take to get my order?

As each item is a custom-printed masterpiece, it takes about 2-7 business days to create. After that, shipping is about 5 business days in the USA, 7 in the EU, and 12 for the rest of the world. For a full breakdown, check out our Shipping Policy.

6. What is your return policy?

Because every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges, buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or unscannable QR codes.

Yes, this policy explicitly includes any claims related to the QR code. By purchasing the QR version, you acknowledge that you are buying a shirt with a purely decorative, non-functional, unscannable emblem that looks like a QR Code. We will not accept returns because the emblem is not scannable on your device.
