Shipping Destinations
Currently, we reign over the following territories:
United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Is your country not on the list? Don't just stand there, send us a royal decree (an email)! Tell us where you are and how badly we're missing out by not having you in our kingdom. You'll be the first to know when we expand our empire to your borders.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
From Our Castle to Yours: Your order is shipped from our fulfillment centers in the USA, UK, or EU. We always fulfill from the location closest to you to ensure the speediest delivery.
Fulfillment Time: All our items are printed on-demand, especially for you. Think of it as commissioning a masterpiece. This takes about 2-7 business days.
Shipping Time: Once your order is fulfilled, it’s out the door! Typical shipping times are:
USA and Canada: ~6 business days
EU: ~6 business days
Rest of the World: ~12 business days
Follow the Journey: You’ll receive a tracking link in your email the moment your order ships.
Split Shipments: Sometimes, different items in an order are fulfilled at different centers. If this happens, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Don't worry, a second tracking link will be provided if needed.
Returns & Exchanges (Our Royal Promise)
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we create zero waste and a much smilier 😊 world. This also means we handle returns a bit differently.
Please double-check our size chart on the product page before ordering! Since each shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We will absolutely accept a return or exchange if your order has any of the following issues:
1) The item is damaged upon arrival.
2) The print quality is poor.
3) You received the wrong item (color, size, or design).
Have an issue with your order? Here’s what to do:
1) Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2) In your email, please include:
a) Your order number.
b) A description of the problem.
c) Clear photos of the item, including the problem area. This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible!
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for the return or exchange.
Please Note: For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, unworn and unwashed. The return address is on the packing slip, but please contact us before sending anything back. For approved returns (due to our error), we will cover the shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the printing process. Once an order is in production, it belongs to you and cannot be cancelled. We'll do everything we can to help if you reach out to us quickly!
